  • Ann Dally


    Ann was registered as a Civil Marriage Celebrant in June 2004. She has performed many ceremonies and loves her role as a Marriage Celebrant and trainer. She says she has found her ‘niche’  in life and although it took many years to attain her authorisation, says it was worth the wait. She also enjoys mentoring aspiring celebrants. Ann is President of Australian Marriage Celebrants Inc (AMC) and has thirty years experience collectively in advertising, marketing, training administration public speaking, office management, sub-editing and script writing

  • Charles Foley


    With over 1200 marriages conducted, past celebrant association President, former University of Sydney continuing education lecturer, founding member of CoCA, contributing long term member of AMC, AFCC and HCN, Charles has a wealth of celebrancy knowledge to share and is great at doing so.

  • Dally Messenger III


    Principle of the International College of Celebrancy (Diplomas), Dally has a track record of being involved with civil celebrancy from the beginning and he has taken a leadership role in all the years since, having taught and mentored celebrants since 1974. Dally was the leading teacher when Celebrancy began in the USA. He has been involved in lecturing and encouraging independent civil celebrants in the United Kingdom. He was the foundation president of the first Funeral Celebrants Association of Australia, and the foundation president of the Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants. Dally is the compiler-author of the best selling resource book on civil ceremonies, Ceremonies and Celebrations, now in the fourth printing of its fourth edition. A passionate and committed celebrant and author.

  • Dudley Raine

    Dudley Raine

    Dudley is a professional celebrant, and a trainer and assessor for the Celebrants Training College, training new students in Certificate IV in Celebrancy, doing Legal Refreshers and also training celebrants wishing to become Funeral Celebrants. He is based at Bacchus Marsh, 50 km towards Ballarat from Melbourne, but will be travelling to wherever this exciting new venture takes him. The opportunity to offer OPD is indeed an exciting one and Dudley is looking forward to meeting you all at the courses.

  • Keith Lammond

    Keith Lammond has been a marriage celebrant since 1994, so brings with him a vast experience and a font of knowledge. He is no stranger to OPD training having previously trained for six years before taking a break for a couple of years. It has not really been a break from training as many aspiring marriage and funeral celebrants continue to benefit from Keith's training style and knowledge. Over the years Keith has developed a close rapport with hundreds of celebrants through his training and many will welcome his return to OPD.

  • Sally Cant


    Celebrant, Author and CEO of Celebrants Training College, Sally has an extensive and passionate history in celebrancy. She has been an advocate, mentor and adviser to many, many celebrants and an inspiring trainer in all aspects of ceremony. She is the author of ‘Heart and Soul of Celebrancy’ and about to publish her second book ‘Let’s Talk About Death.’

    Director of Life Skills Training P/L, Celebrant and trainer Yvonne is generally found behind her desk or on the phone at the Celebrant Centre. She trains celebrants in the Certificate IV in Celebrancy for Life Skills Training PL. Does lots of other things too, mostly outdoors.

    Yvonne brings a passion and a total caring for each and every one of her students that makes her an astounding and inspiring teacher.
